THE turkey's done to perfection, the roast potatoes look a treat and there's not a single lump in the gravy. But suddenly you realise you haven't got a clue how to carve the turkey . . . and nor has anyone else.
Thanks to the decline in the traditional Sunday roast, so few people in their 30s and 40s know how to carve a roast that increasing numbers are signing up for carvery classes.
