EL PASO, Texas -- Back in October, Carson Palmer did a job on the Denver Broncos, orchestrating the Cincinnati Bengals' 23-10 prime- time upset.
Now, it's little brother's turn to show Coloradans what he has.
When the University of Colorado takes on the University of Texas-El Paso in the EV1.net Houston Bowl next week, Jordan Palmer will be under center for the underdog Miners.
"He's probably improved the most of any guy I've ever had, and I've had some pretty good ones," said UTEP coach Mike Price, who had Drew Bledsoe, Ryan Leaf and Jason Gesser calling signals for him at Washington State.
