LOS ANGELES -- Consumer Credit Counselors of Los Angeles (doing business as Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Los Angeles, Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the Sacramento Valley, Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Mid-Counties and Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Central Valley), legally changed its corporate name to ByDesign Financial Solutions on October 22, 2004. The organization will begin using the new name on January 1, 2005.
