PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local AJIAL REAL ESTATE CO. recently awarded a construction contract for a planned multi-purpose complex to AHMADIAH CONTRACTING & TRADING CO. of Kuwait. According to the terms of the award, the company will be responsible for completing the Hamra & Ferdous development in the Sharq district of Kuwait.
The project will comprise a - 40-storey commercial tower; - 5-storey mall; - Cinema & entertainment facilities; - Multi-storey car parking area with a holding capacity of 1,400
vehicles.
The real estate development project, to be completed within 3 years, is expected to cost $150,000,000 to build.
