University of Wisconsin sophomore guard Kammron Taylor might look like comedian Chris Rock, but Taylor brought some serious game to the Kohl Center during the first half Monday night.
Taylor made four of five shots
and scored 10 points off the bench while sparking the UW men's basketball team to a 20-point halftime advantage. That helped propel to the Badgers (8-2) to an 89-49 non-conference victory over Western Carolina (5-9) before an announced sellout of 17,142.
"He came in and shot it pretty well the first half," Western Carolina coach Steve Shurina said. "We weren't expecting that."
