Federal agents in Alaska on Tuesday arrested a 28-year-old man suspected of shooting another man multiple times during an argument at a July Fourth fireworks party in Skyway.
Agents arrested Yobachi Frazier in Anchorage without any problems, said Jack Williams, a U.S. Marshals Service spokesman in Seattle.
Don Dowlen, 33, was apparently killed from a distance of about 10 feet, according to court papers. Investigators retrieved nine shell casings at the scene, a parking lot in the 11800 block of Rainier Avenue South.
Investigators believe Frazier was setting off fireworks close to Dowlen's car around ...
