Dec. 31--Creditors who say they are owed more than $250,000 from the developer and the operator of the Bulls Bridge Golf Club in Kent have filed claims in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New Haven.
Three creditors -- a Trumbull-based environmental consulting firm, a Newtown resident and a Pine Plains, N.Y., contractor -- filed an involuntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition Dec. 17 against The Kent Golf Club. That entity owns the 376-acre property, which straddles the Kent and New Milford town lines, and on which the Bulls Bridge Golf Club operates.
