The nationwide property management that bought a set of retail properties in South Norwalk two months ago says it wants to diversify its tenants to best take advantage of the areas potential.

Washington, D.C.-based Madison Marquette Realty Services acquired 92,000 square feet of retail space on Washington and South Main streets as part of a nationwide deal in October.

The properties consist of a series of ground-floor retail spaces between 117 and 166 Washington St., and two nearby mixed retail and office buildings on South Main Street.
