Jakarta, Jan 4 (ANTARA) - Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is scheduled to leave for Jakarta on Wednesday to attend Thursday's emergency summit that would discuss urgent measures to address the gargantuan problems brought about by the tsunamis that hit 11 nations in South Asia and Africa in the day after Christmas.
