For the first time in several years, optimism is in the air. Forecasts from all industry sources indicate growth for Texas and most of the country.
According to their 29th CIT Construction Industry Forecast, construction industry leaders in the West South Central region, which includes Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, have one of the most optimistic outlooks for construction among all regions across the country. The East South Central region, which includes Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee, recorded the highest level of optimism in this year's CIT Forecast.
