CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- CFA Institute reported today that as of January 1, 2005, Jeffrey Diermeier, CFA, has taken the role of the association's president and CEO. CFA Institute is the global, non-profit professional association that administers the Chartered Financial Analyst(R) (CFA(R)) curriculum and examination program worldwide.
Diermeier was chosen to fill the position of CEO and president last May after Thomas Bowman, CFA, who served as president and CEO since 1994, announced his plan to retire on December 31, 2004.
