Jan. 10--GROWTH STOCKS: "We think Atlantis Plastics (AGH), a leading maker of custom films and molded plastic products, represents a top pick in the chemical sector. The company's products are used in the appliance, automotive, agricultural, building-supply and recreational vehicle industries. Trailing 12-month return on investment reached 8.9 percent in the September quarter, up from 3.3 percent in the year-earlier period. Return on assets was 6.4 percent, up from 2.5 percent.
