Michaels Military Housing, LLC of Marlton, N.J. will develop the Community Development and Management Plan (CDMP) for the Army's Residential Communities Initiative (RDI) project at Fort Leavenworth, Kans. The company was selected to produce the CDMP Dec. 14. The Corps' Baltimore District is the managing agent for the RDI program.
Approximately $335 million in private sector debt and equity will be spent during a 10-year development phase to renovate existing and construct new family housing at Fort Leavenworth.
