HARTFORD, Conn. -- The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) today recognized Aetna (NYSE:AET) for its efforts to provide information and useful resources to help members make better-informed decisions about their health care.
NCQA, a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of health care, named Aetna as an "Early Adopter" of Member Connections, the first segment of NCQA's new Quality Plus standards.
