NEW YORK -- Lehman Brothers First Trust Income Opportunity Fund (NYSE: LBC) today declared monthly dividends of $0.13 per share for the months of January, February and March.
Dividends will be payable on January 31, February 28, and March 31, 2005 to shareholders of record on January 24, February 18, and March 23, 2005, respectively.
Under the Fund's Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the ''Plan''), each common shareholder will have all distributions of dividends and capital gains automatically reinvested in additional common shares by Investors Bank & Trust, as agent for shareholders pursuant to the Plan, unless the shareholder elects to receive ...
