Jan. 13--CNN unwrapped a pair of bold prime-time programs for its Headline News network Wednesday, an extreme makeover with an hour devoted to stage and screen and another to judges and juries.
On Feb. 21, when the nation is observing Presidents Day, cable TV viewers can observe the kickoff of Headline Prime, consisting of:
-- "Showbiz Tonight" at 7 p.m., billed as the only live entertainment news telecast in prime time;
-- "Nancy Grace" at 8, with the former Fulton County prosecutor addressing legal issues and compelling court cases of the day;
-- And a third, more traditional news offering, "Prime News ...
