AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, January 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The Court of Harlem (Netherlands) has fined Schiphol Amsterdam airport to pay damages to the Chipshol Group development company. The exact amount of the damages is to be determined by a group of experts. Chipshol demands an amount of 97.2 million euro. The company planned to develop a vast logistics business park near the airport, but says it has been thwarted by the airport for years.
