NEW YORK, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Steel Partners II, L.P. ("Steel Partners") today announced that the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has affirmed a lower court ruling dismissing a lawsuit filed in 2003 by Ronson Corporation and its directors against Steel Partners and Warren Lichtenstein, alleging Steel Partners violated section 13(d) (3) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 by failing to disclose the existence of an alleged group membership.
