EU POLICIES NOT TO HINDER BELARUS-FINLAND CO-OPERATION
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko supposes that the European Union's approaches towards Belarus will not prevent Finland from developing co-operation development with the post-Soviet republic.
"We are not prejudiced against Finland. Moreover, we realise that being an EU member, Finland is forced to follow some guideline policies preached by the European Union," Lukashenko said Friday, accepting credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Finland to Lithuania and Belarus (pluralistically), Timo Lahelma.
