Lots of TV shows claim to be unlike anything else that's on the air. The guys behind Cartoon Network's "Tom Goes to the Mayor," though, probably have more right to make that statement than most.

The Adult Swim show, about a civic-minded guy in the Anywhere USA town of Jefferton and his ideas that always nearly bring the town to ruin, is probably the only show out there that mines the workings of municipal government for jokes.
