Jan. 14--GeneralRoofing, a national roofing company, has moved its corporate headquarters to Aurora from Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The headquarters in Aurora has 30 employees and is in the same building as Republic Financial, an investment and turnaround firm that through subsidiary GR Investment Holdings LLC bought GeneralRoofing in May 2004.
GeneralRoofing filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and emerged last year.
GeneralRoofing employs about 1,250 in 19 locations in 13 states. One of the locations, known as CEI West Roofing Co. Inc., is in Denver. GeneralRoofing was founded in 1998 through the ...
