NEW GLARUS -- It looked like a questionable decision at the time, but it made all the difference in the end for the New Glarus prep boys basketball team.
New Glarus big man Sterling Solberg -- benched by coach Travis Sysko during a game-turning stretch with three fouls at the end of the third quarter -- came up with a clean block to send the game into overtime, then scored five of his 17 points in the extra session to help the Glarner Knights come up with a 60-47 victory over previously unbeaten Barneveld in an Eastern Six Rivers Conference game Thursday night.
