SEOUL, Jan. 16 (Yonhap) -- North Korea has revamped its legal code to make it mandatory for its security forces to get warrants before arresting a suspects and to permit inheritance of homes, a recent examination of its legal system revealed Sunday.The changes to the law took place in August 2004, and also encompasses 13 new laws that cover areas such as software protection and a clampdown on illegal drugs, legal experts here who looked over a copy of the new legal code said.They said that the North had created a new clause in its criminal law system that outlines procedures about warrants, specifically that a suspect cannot be detained or taken under ...
