Vibren Technologies, an industry leader in embedded systems engineering, has announced that its Accelent DevkitIDP for the Intel PXA255 Applications Processor now provides support for the LynuxWorks BlueCat Embedded Linux operating system. Vibren's Accelent DevkitIDP lets embedded engineers create mobile and other devices based on Intel's PXA255 processor. BlueCat Embedded Linux from LynuxWorks is an implementation of the Linux model (based on the Linux 2.6 kernel) that has been optimized for embedded applications.
