PRESIDENT'S ENVOY CLAIMS BELARUS-RUSSIA CUSTOMS BORDER CANNOT BE RESTORED
President's envoy to the Russian Federation, Vice Prime Minister of Belarus Vasili Dolgolev rules out the possibility that the customs border between Belarus and Russia can be restored due to the problems that followed the transition to the new VAT collection scheme. Dolgolev voiced his stance after the signature of the protocol of agreement, which crowned the visit of Altai region Governor Mikhail Yevdokimov to Belarus.
