The Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) has contracted out its Certified Financial Planner program. After considering eight applicants, the FPA granted the three-year contract to administer the course to the Securities Institute of Australia. In 2004, the FPA also contracted out the administration of its entry-level education qualification to Tribeca Learning.
