The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) invites cartoonists and comic strip artists to join the first ever NCCA SiningGuhit competition in celebration of National Arts Month this February.
In cooperation with the Publishers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PAPI) and the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Culture (OPAC), the contest is open to all cartoonists and artists whose works are published in either the national broadsheets or tabloids, and in regional/provincial or community newspapers.
