FCB REPORTS THIRD QUARTER RESULTS
CHICAGO, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Foote, Cone & Belding
Communications, Inc. (NYSE: FCB), today reported net income and revenue increases for both the quarter and first nine months of 1992.
Net income for the third quarter totaled $2,675,000 or $.25 per share in 1992, up 13.6 percent from the $2,354,000 or $.22 per share in 1991. Third quarter operating margin as a percent of revenue increased from 7.4 percent in 1991 to 8.9 percent in 1992. Net income for the first nine months of 1992 increased to $11,536,000 or $1.07 per share, an increase of 14.3 percent from the same period in 1991.
