Houlihan/Lawrence will open an office in the Town of Pelham, New York, early spring. The office will be located in the historic, circa 1893, Pelham train station.
Under the terms of the lease signed recently by MTA Metro-North Railroad and approved by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Houlihan/Lawrence will lease the Pelham Station for its newest Westchester office.
