Bob Yari has built an empire of shopping malls, office buildings and housing developments that encompasses about seven million square feet from Houston to Santa Barbara, California, but today, the trim, bald-headed man is sitting in a corner office high above Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, attempting to make a much more evanescent product-motion pictures.
