Dr. Ken Cheng, FPSA, PPSA, chairman of the International Affairs committee, announces the name of the new Editor of International News Notes (INN) effective December 1st, 2004. Cindy Thomas will succeed Amy McMillan, APSA, who has left the position due to health reasons. Cindy will also serve on the International Affairs Committee. Dr Cheng and the Journal appreciate the work of Amy and wish her the best for the future.
