This is a hot and spicy one-dish meal that takes only 20 minutes to make. It's perfect for a Super Bowl weekend. When my friend Reuben said this was one of his favorite meals, I asked him why. "It's good, it fills me up and it's healthy, too," he replied. That says a lot for someone who is a lanky 6 feet, 7 inches tall. I have adapted his recipe.
There are as many versions of chili as people who make it. This one is made with white beans and chicken for a lighter, delicious variation.
