Finnish media group Alma Media Corporation said on Monday (24 January) that it had cancelled the sale of its 36% holding in the printing house Acta Print Oy to the state-owned printing and publishing house Edita Oyj.
The cancellation was due to the Finnish media company Talentum Oyj's decision to withdraw from acquiring Edita Oyj.
