EATING sheep guts for fun? Are you Scots mad?
I'm a typical English wimp and didn't really fancy trying the haggis part of Burns Night.
Whisky yes, innards no.
But down at Stravaigin restaurant in Glasgow's West End, award-winning chef Dan Blencowe, 28, changed my mind.
I shouldn't have been so surprised. Dan has just been named Scotland's best haggis maker. And incredibly, he's an AUSTRALIAN.
Having moved to Scotland only four years ago, he beat off hundreds of rivals after impressing judges ...
