NEW YORK -- Secured Digital Applications, Inc. (OTCBB:SDGL) www.digitalapps.net today announced that it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire a 55% equity interest in Innospective Sdn Bhd, a systems integration firm specializing in the design, development and implementation of wireless applications and electronic solutions. The transaction is scheduled to close on February 23rd, 2005.
