Jan. 23--QUESTION: In 2002 you reported on a photographer named James Cudd and his failure to promote as models the young women he had charged for photographs. He is still trading, using the websites modelsandextras.co.uk and funkyphoto.co.uk, and we are [pounds sterling]95 poorer for having met him.

He took pictures of our daughter and friends at a birthday party in August. He was paid by us and by other parents for pictures that never arrived, greatly upsetting our children. I have filed a small claims court case against him, but do not expect to get anything back.
