Jan. 25--It's the group of the seven most powerful countries in the world and being such an elite club the group chases the interests of a very minority polpulation of the world. The Group of Seven or G7 as it is usually referred to is meeting in London on February 5.
The most important agenda for the meeting is to look into a possible expansion of the group to include some of the emerging economic powers in a changed global economic order. It is in this respect that Brazil, India and South Africa have been invited to a breakfast meeting February 5 in London with finance ministers from the Group of Seven major industrialised nations.
