SHAH'S City Balti House Restaurant is tucked away down Stanley Street. Yet when I went there with David Thomas, a director of Liverpool-based fund management firm Midas Capital Partners, it was full. This surprised me. I would have said it was a little unusual to have a business lunch at an Indian restaurant, but on the evidence of this lunchtime, I'm clearly wrong about that.
David said: ``I think this place is great. I first came here with colleagues after work - then I started using it for informal chats with clients and I even bring my family here sometimes. ''
