* I have five tattoos and plans for two more (and I think that will be it - maybe). They are addicting - I thought one would be it for me. Also, thought at 41, I'd be through that "phase'' but I guess I'm not.
I think it depends on your workplace whether they can/should be covered up. I specifically chose where to put mine keeping in mind work and also if I am dressed up, how I will look at a formal event. Mine are on areas that are normally not visible in normal work clothes and future tattoos will be the same.
Whether it's right or not, having tattoos and piercings causes people to make judgments about you, and you have to make your own decision on ...
