The artwork that adorns the walls and hallways of area companies often was selected carefully to establish a tone for the space.
Many times, company executives acquire items in an effort to capture a personal and a corporate image.
For example, early 20th century advertising posters from France line the walls of Wyse Advertising's Cleveland office. Founder Marc Wyse says the posters bring witty design to the interiors and are reminders of the humble beginnings of some creative folks.
