THE THREE FACES OF KARL
Karl Lagerfeld says he finds it very easy to keep his three French collections separate. "Chloe is my French side, while KL is my German side," he says. "That means it's more expressionistic, more European."
As for Chanel, he explains, "Oh, that's just trends of the moment, done as if Coco were 25 today. Some people think it should be more established, but nobody needs a lesson in how to look elegant. I'm not working toward an exhibition of 30 years of magic, if you know what I mean."
