HAYWARD, Calif., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Thermage(R) Inc., a leading medical device company that manufactures and markets non-invasive treatments to tighten and contour skin, has named Stephen J. Fanning as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Mr. Fanning has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Fanning replaces Robert Byrnes, who is leaving Thermage to attend to the health concerns of a close family member.
Mr. Byrnes and Mr. Fanning will work closely together to ensure a seamless leadership transition. Mr. Byrnes will remain involved with the Company as a member of Thermage's Board of Directors.
