Hamilton County Commissioners are expected to create an Economic Development Task Force today to stem the county's population and job losses.
Commissioners Phil Heimlich and Pat DeWine tentatively plan to appoint 12 business people to the task force.
They want Jack Rouse, chairman of the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority and CEO of Jack Rouse Associates, a design firm that worked on projects such as the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center and the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame, to chair the task force.
