ATLANTA-Buoyed by strong attendance, a rebounding economy and retailers who thoroughly depleted their inventories in the fourth quarter, exhibitors at the recent Gift Fair in Atlanta were pleased with business at the show.
"I found that in December, [my customers] did not have enough inventory," said Donna Marie Territo, owner of Abbiamo Tutto, adding that buyers came to the Atlanta show, held Jan. 14 to 17, to replenish their stock. "People are energetic and they are ready to buy something new. They are ready to venture out again with newness."
