GARDEN CITY, N.Y. -- In response to growing industry concerns about the shortage of qualified HVACR industry professionals, the distributor Sid Harvey Industries has announced a new service program called Employment Solutions.
According to the U.S. Department of Labor estimates, shortages of more than 80,000 qualified people to fill positions in service, maintenance, installations, and sales are expected by the end of 2005. Employment Solutions is an online, nationwide service available to business owners, techs, and sales professionals in the trade.
