Margaret T. (McTigue) Lynch of West Roxbury, a former home health aide, died Wednesday at Logan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Braintree. She was 75.
Born in County Leitrim, Ireland, Mrs. Lynch came to the United States in 1946. She moved to West Roxbury in 1961 and remained there for the rest of her life.
A lab clinician at Damon Labs in Needham for 15 years, Mrs. Lynch retired in 1989. She then worked as a home health aide for the elderly.
