The Austria-based LENZING GROUP currently supplies the Chinese marketplace from its plants located in Austria and Indonesia. As a result, the company recently announced that is was planning to build a new viscose staple fibers plant in China in order to develop the domestic as well as other Asian markets.

Construction plans under consideration call for building a complex with an installed production capacity of 60,000 tons per year.
