September 20-23 will be the dates for the 1992 annual meeting of the American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC) in the Minneapolis Convention Center. This will be the world's largest gathering of cereal industry professionals and will include a record number of table top exhibits, new products/services presentations, technical oral and poster sessions, and educational short courses.
Highlighting the meeting will be a special symposium entitled: "Crisis In Research: Human and Economic." Other symposium topics will range from ingredients (e.g., flavors, additives, proteins, carbohydrates) to quality attributes (e.g., nutrition, food texture, dietary fiber). ...
