Black Velvet Ice Cream
Makes approximately 860ml/11/2 pints.
Preparation time: 15 minutes plus freezing time
THIS recipe can be made as described, but if you have an ice cream machine you will find that you get a much smoother finish. It is a very smooth, soft ice cream - serve with fresh fruit, poached pears or, if you feel decadent, chocolate brownies.
