TORONTO, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The illustrious Glenn Gould Prize, presented once every three years, has been awarded to the internationally renowned conductor, composer and pianist for his outstanding contributions to music. The five- member jury consisted of former Commissioner of the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, Schuyler Chapin; distinguished pianist Jane Coop; celebrated conductor Agnes Grossmann; influential artist/lecturer Paul Hoffert and respected Music Critic William Littler. This distinguished jury was chaired by Dr. David Goldbloom, a member of the Board of Directors of the Glenn Gould Foundation.
